We value your privacy and we will not share your information. PHOTOGRAPHY:
Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately reflect actual colours, however due to variances between monitors, colours cannot be guaranteed. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the product's appearance in the photograph and the item in-store. We do our very best to ensure we accurately portray all our products to you.
PAYMENT:
We accept payment in-store by Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, and Union Pay.
CANCELLATIONS:
Any amendments or cancellations to an order must be submitted via email before your order has been processed. We will do our best to assist you with any amendments.
OWNERSHIP:
All goods are the property of the Rory Quinn Jewellers until full payment has been received. roryquinn.ie and its contents together with any trade names used by Rory Quinn Jewellers, are protected by intellectual property. Any use of our intellectual property may constitute an infringement of our rights and may be prosecuted.
LIMITATION AS TO DAMAGES:
Rory Quinn Jewellers shall take all reasonable care in the postage of our gift cards.
In the event that they are damaged in transit, Rory Quinn Jewellers shall not be responsible for replacement costs of the item. Rory Quinn Jewellers shall not in any way be responsible for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever caused. Rory Quinn Jewellers shall not in any way be responsible for any damage or any indirect loss caused by gift cards arriving late or damaged. By shopping with us you accept these terms and conditions.
RETURN POLICY:
Here at Rory Quinn Jewellers, we are passionate about our products and service and we love satisfied customers. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we'll be happy to offer you an exchange on any merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt with the exception of earrings for health and safety reasons.
